Data deletion or blocking

We comply with the data reduction and minimization principle, therefore we only store the user's personal data for as long as it is necessary in order to achieve the goals set out in this document, or in a manner that is compliant with the statutory data storage periods. When the target ceases to be current or when these periods expire, the corresponding data is blocked or deleted routinely and in compliance with statutory provisions.

Using Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ('Google'). Google Analytics uses the so-called 'cookies', which are text files placed on the user's computer in order to enable the website to analyze the way in which the user uses it. The information which is generated by 'cookies' about the user’s use of the website  is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In case when the IP depersonalization on these websites is activated, the user's IP address will be promptly shortened on the territory of the European Union's Member States or other states or parties of  the European Economic Area treaty. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. At the request of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to analyze the use of the website, create reports regarding website traffic and provide other services related to the use of the website and the Internet to the website operator. The IP address provided by the user's browser within the framework of Google Analytics will not be combined with other data held by Google. The user may prevent the saving of 'cookies' by selecting appropriate settings of his browser. However, it should be remembered that in such a case it may not be possible to use all functions of this website to the full extent. In addition, you can prevent the registration of data generated by 'cookies' and related to the use of the website by the user (including his IP address) as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link:

Browser Add On zur Deaktivierung von Google Analytics

Additionally, or in place of the blocking add-on for the browser, it is possible to block Google Analytics tracking by clicking this link. Then, an 'opt-out' cookie will be installed on the user's device. This will prevent future Google Analytics registration for this website and for this browser as long as this 'cookie' file remains installed in the user's browser.

Using Google Remarketing

This website uses the Google Inc. remarketing feature, which serves to display advertising pages within the Google advertising network that are based on the interests of the user. In the browser of the person visiting the websites, the so-called 'cookie' file is saved, which allows that person to be identified in case when he/she visits sites belonging to the Google advertising network. On these pages, advertising may be presented, which refers to the previously-launched content on the websites which use the Google remarketing feature. According to the information provided by it, Google does not collect any personal information during this process. As a rule, if a user does not want to use the Google remarketing feature, it can be disabled by making appropriate changes to the settings on the website http://www.google.com/settings/ads. Alternatively, the use of 'cookie' files concerning advertisements that are based on your interests can be disabled by following the instructions on the website http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp.

Social plug-ins                                                                                                                          Our websites use the social plug-ins of the service providers listed below. Plug-ins can be identified by the fact that they are marked with a relevant logo.

Information which may also include personal data is sent to the service provider and may be possibly used by him thanks to these plug-ins. We prevent unconscious and unwanted registration and data transmission to the service provider with a double-click solution. In order to activate the desired social plug-in, it should be activated only by clicking the appropriate window. Only this activation of the plug-in causes the information to be registered and sent to the service provider. We do not register any personal data on our own with the aid of the social plug-ins or through their use.

We don’t have any influence upon the matters regarding what data the activated plug-in registers, and how the service provider uses it. Currently, it has to be assumed that direct connection with the offered services is being extended and that the data which is registered and used includes, at least, the IP address and device information. It is also possible that service providers will try to save 'cookies' on the user's machine. Information on the topics of what specific data is therefore registered and how it is used, can be found in the contents of the service provider's privacy policy. Tip: If the user is logged into Facebook at the same time, Facebook may identify him as a visitor of a specific page.

’Cookie’ files

Similarly to many other websites, we use the so-called 'cookie' files. These are small text files sent from the server to the user's hard drive. In this way, we automatically receive certain data through the user's computer and its connection to the Internet, e.g. IP address, used browsers, operating system.

'Cookie' files cannot be used to open programs or transfer viruses onto a computer. Based on the information contained in the 'cookie' files, we can facilitate the user's navigation and make it possible to display our websites properly.

There is no case in which the data registered by us is transferred to third parties, nor is there any connection with personal data being created without the consent of the user.

Of course, the user can, as a rule, browse our site without using the 'cookie' files. Web browsers are usually set in such a way that he accepts the 'cookie' files. The user may disable the use of 'cookie' files at any time by changing the settings of his browser. To learn how to change these settings, use the help function of your web browser. Keep in mind that in case of the 'cookie' files being disabled, it is possible that particular functions of our website may not work correctly.

Google AdWords

Our website uses Google Conversion-Tracking. If a user enters our site through an advertisement posted on our site by Google, the Google AdWords will place a 'cookie' file on his computer. The 'cookie' file, used to track conversions, is placed when the user clicks on an advert posted by Google. These 'cookie' files expire after 30 days and are not used to identify a given person. If a user visits certain pages on our site before this period expires, both we and Google are able to notice that the user clicked on the advertisement and was redirected to this page. Every Google AdWords client receives a different 'cookie' file. Therefore, the 'cookie' files cannot be monitored through AdWords client sites. The information obtained through the 'cookie' conversion files is used to compile conversion statistics for AdWords clients who have chosen to track conversions. Clients learn about the total number of users who clicked on their advertisement and were redirected to a page which contains the conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive information which would allow users to be identified.

If the user does not want to participate in the tracking process, he may not accept the placement of the 'cookie' file which is required for this purpose - e.g. by applying such browser setting, which as a rule disables the automatic placement of 'cookies' files. Alternatively, the user can also set his browser in such a way that the 'cookie' files are blocked by the 'googleleadservices.com' domain.

Please take into account that 'opt-out' cookie files cannot be deleted unless the user agrees to saving the measured data. In case when all the 'cookie' files are deleted, a given 'opt-out' cookie file must be saved again in the browser.

The right to information, correction, blocking, deletion and objection

The user has the right to receive information about his personal data being saved with us at any time. The user also has the right to correct, block, or – regardless of saving data for the purpose of realizing a transaction - to delete his personal data. For this purpose, please contact our privacy policy representative, whose contact details can be found at the end of this document.

In order to be able to apply the blocking procedure at any time, this data must be stored in a blocking file for monitoring purposes. It is also possible to request deletion of the data, unless there is a statutory obligation to archive them. If such an obligation exists, we block a user's data at his request.

It is possible to make changes or cancel the consent by informing us about it (with the future effect).

Changes of the privacy policy

We reserve the right to adjust our privacy policy from time to time in order to comply with current statutory requirements or to implement changes regarding our services, e.g. when introducing new services. Then, in case of a new visit, a new and updated privacy policy applies.
